-10am-4pm: PetFest 2007. Mt. Pleasant Palmetto Islands County Park. Pets are encouraged to bring their humans to this fun outdoor event featuring entertainment, educational exhibits, vendors, a microchip clinic, charity dog walks and great food for all. Fee $3, pets get in FREE! Call 795-FUN for more information. Lowcountry Dog Magazine will he hosting our annual cover model contest at PetFest. Entry into the contest is free and a winner will be chosen to grace a future cover of LCD! While you're there, come meet and greet black lab puppy Bryson from lowcountrydog.com's "Pupdates."

-9am-1pm: Lowcountry Lab Rescue & Charleston Dog Show Meet and Greet. Farmer's Market, Marion Square, Downtown Charleston. Come talk to Lowcountry Lab Rescue volunteers and find out more about the upcoming Charleston Dog Show!
